In response to and in appreciation of our loyal clients we've come to agreement for the sale and orderly transition of LinkAlarm. The new owners are dedicated to providing the same focused and reliable service delivery. But more than that, there are plans for ongoing improvements in the future. When we get the details of the transition hammered out we'll be making a more formal announcement, but we wanted you to get the good news right away.
The reaction to the earlier news that LinkAlarm was closing has been heartfelt. We sincerely appreciate the kind words and thoughts from you, our customers. These have compelled us to find a new owner that will help LinkAlarm grow and prosper with a new and enthusiastic team. I'm sure you'll be excited by the developments over the next months.
We'll be sending out an email to everyone toward the end of the month with more news. The main thing to note is that we're not closing, and your existing services and account balance remain unchanged.

Agree ! I was using LinkAlarm for many years, and it works just right. After learning that LinkAlarm is closing I spent many hours looking at alternatives, and did not find anything that was flexible enough for my needs. Great news that LinkAlarm is saved.
