The Links Not Checked section of your report shows links that weren't checked because they were Ignored by you, or because the remote server forbids access to that content.

This is usually seen with the alarm on banner ads, CGI's and other systems that do not need link verification.

Show the Pages - This report will also show the pages on which the links occur if Site Control : Report Display : Links Not Checked is enabled.
