We offer a generic Service to operate on your web sites. Due to the nature of web technologies, not all sites can be scanned by LinkAlarm. If you order our service and find it is unsuitable, we'll cheerfully refund any unused credits in your account.

Web sites do stupid things sometimes. If you find LinkAlarm has used up all your credits by mistake, contact our Help Desk and we'll be happy to investigate the problem and refund your credits.

The world's websites come in all shapes and sizes, but we still offer a standard price for checking all the links on a page. Some clever webmasters have taken advantage of our good nature in the past, and created special pages to check literally thousands of links per page. This, however, degrades our service for regular customers who have normal sites.

We don't tollerate anyone using our service to scam banner advertising and link popularity systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we deem necessary.  It's rare, but if we choose to take this action, we'll cheerfully refund any unused credits in your account.

That said, we also have special billing arrangements for customers that DO want to use our service to check abnormally large sites. Checking larger sites (3000+ pages) is computationally more demanding on our infrastructure. If you have special requirements, do contact us for a custom service quotation.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with use of LinkAlarm (the Service), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to your use of the Service will not exceed the total fees paid by you.
